We have been in the business since IT staffing first came into its own as a discipline, having started technical staffing offices in the mid 1990’s in the New York City metro area, and in the late 1990's in the Capital Region of New York. We have consulted on recruitment process, built technology teams of all sizes, recruited nationally and internationally, trained hundreds of recruiting professionals, and customized recruiting models for companies of all sizes. Industry veterans Craig Fluty and Chris Wessell manage the day to day operations of Pinnacle, drawing from their combined 38 years of experience to train and direct the recruiting team.
